casmi solutionとは、casmiを用いたデータ解析からシミュレーション、モデリングおよび可視化を総合的に扱ったサービスです。
casmiは、2D/3Dの情報可視化システムの為のオープンソースのJavaライブラリです。マルチプラットフォームで動作し、OpenGLをサポートする事でリアルタイムレンダリングを可能とします。ネットワークアクセス、データの永続化、XMLやJSONのパーサーなどの機能も含み、さまざまなデータの入出力形式に対応しています。ライブラリおよびサンプルコードは上記のサイトで公開しています。
casmiを用いることで、解析結果をビジュアルに見せることができます。リアルタイム描画機能を持つため、インタラクティブに操作しながらの解析や閲覧などが可能です。特にゲノムや文献情報といった多量の情報を絵にすることなどに適しています。また、デジタルサイネージ（電子看板）のようなパブリックに情報を提示するシステムにも適しています。

"casmi solution" is a total solution service for data analysis to data simulation, modeling, and visualization.
casmi is an open-source free software Java library with OpenGL that can be in used in the production or development of 2D/3D visualization systems. It can work cross-platform and supports OpenGL which enables realtime rendering. It has various functions, including network access, data persistence, and parsers of XML and JSON, and can deal with Input / Output of various data formats. The library and sample codes are public in this site.
With casmi, you can see results of data analysis visually. Using its realtime rendering function, you can browse and analyze the data interactively. casmi is suitable for information visualization with huge data sets, such as genome / biological information and literature information. It also suitable for development of systems to present information or advertisments in public displays such as a digital signage.
